A Tour is a great way to experience the proud heritage and brewing craft of the Cascade Brewery, a Tasmanian icon. Our tours depart from the Cascade Visitor Centre throughout the day and are available to anyone over the age of 16. Numbers are limited so booking in advance is highly recommended.
After your tour experience you'll return to the bar for a selection of ice cold, brewery fresh beers and ciders. Here you can relax in our heritage beer garden, enjoy a meal from our café, check out the displays or browse the merchandise.Â
Brewery tours take approximately one hour plus tasting time and run every day (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday).Â

Our Cascade History and Brewery Experience steps back, through Cascade’s proud history, and then take you behind the sandstone façade to view the workings of this unique brewery.
Here our guides explain the ingredients and craft behind our iconic Tasmanian beers, finishing with a great tasting experience. This experience is only for guests aged 16 or over and includes a significant number of stairs. The beer tasting is only for guests over 18 years of age.
Our Experience depart from the Cascade Visitor Centre, across the road from the Brewery, and we recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour departure time.
