The Orange Running Festival is held over two days and caters from walkers through to the elite runners over five challenging distances. Events include a two kilometre junior dash (within reserve), five kilometres, 10 kilometres, a half marathon (21 kilometre) and marathon (42.2 kilometres) all on closed roads. Prizes and trophies for the winners of each race. New festival location Gosling Creek Reserve with starts and finish within a beautiful recreation area adjoining the dam.
