We went for dinner last night nd the food was amazing, as usual. Unfortunately we can not say the same for the service. The place was half full and there were 6 wait staff on but our table of 7 was ignored all night. We could not believe the fact that we had to call someone over to order drinks after being seated for 20 minutes, then we had to ask for the meal menu and the young man came over handed out the menus and shouted and I mean shouted the specials at us. We had to ask for a jug of water. We had to call the waiter over again to order 2nd drinks and then again when we were ready to order coffees and desserts. We even had to call them over to give us the $500 bill. Needless to say there was no tip given and we are usually very generous tippers but with such poor service for no apparent reason we could not justify any tip. I hope the owner knows what is happening because it would be a shame to see the place go under as the food is great. Oh, yes, my sister overheard the people on the table near ours also complaining about the service that they were getting. Judging by other reviews I think it heavily depends on what floor staff are working or in some cases, such as ours hardly working on the day.
